| Air-Cooled Condenser(ACC) is the major equipment of cold end in direct air-cooled power plant,it plays a decisive role for safety and economic of unit.ACC performance is affected by enviromental temperature,wind direction dust accumulation of finned tube and plant layout.So it has practical significance to research these factors affected operation of direct air-cooled condenser.Based on partial dust accumulation of finned tube for 600 MW unit, the physical and mathematical models were established by monitoring air temperature of finned tube outlet.Related parameters can be got in different regions by theoretical calculation.This paper also includes economical comparison between local regulation and overall regulation.Numerical simulation has been done to find out the temperature distribution in different conditions by fluent, theoretical calculation can be tested according to this way. The results indicate that the air temperature of ACC's outlet declines remarkably,electrical energy consumption reduced with balancing inner condensing sream flow in different regions of ACC by adjusting fans speed of the area which accumulated dust.It is a effective measure to assure economic operation of direct air-cooled unit. |
