:This paper is mainly study solar cell screen printing process, through optimize the slurry in the screen printing process and optimize of grid line, advanced the overall efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar cell. Although in the actual industrial production, solar cell screen printing process has become quite mature, the theoretical study is lack for actual production. In this paper, the experiments are for the purpose of actual production. First, several experiments were made for the compare of slurry, we compared the slurries and made choice for the slurry. Then select the more suitable slurries for the production line, front side grid line on the screen were optimized, make the front side grid lines suit for the square resistance, enhance the efficiency of solar cells.In theories relevant with the experiment, a detailed presentation has been made for the Screen Printing Stencil Design and grid line in this paper. On this basis, we made the experiment with wafer size of 125mm* 125mm, diagonal length 165mm. In this paper we made two parts of experiments, one is to compare the slurries, another is to optimize the grid line for High Resistance Dense Grid. By the two parts of experiments, first picked out the good slurries, then optimized front side grid line, to match with the square resistance, made improvement for the conversion efficiency of solar cells. With the experiment, we made high resistance dense grid solar cells, the Isc and Uoc were both increased, ISC reached a higher 5.616A, Uoc reached 0.628V, although Rs increased, the conversion efficiency of the solar cell improved. In the experiment, we get 65 Square resistance 62 finger solar cell, conversion efficiency reached 17.58%,0.3 percent higher than normal case.Through experiments, we improved the conversion efficiency of the solar cells a lot, this will make great use for our practical production.
