At present,China zhenhua group YunKe electronics CO.LTD.production RM3216 type plate fixed resistor lowest value is 1?,less than 1? plate fixed resistor product have no temperature coefficient of resistance,J(±5%),that cannot meets the requirement of the customer application.But foreign milliohm level chip fixed resistor's temperature coefficient of resistance is±200 PPM/?,Precision of resistance is F(±1%).This topic make full use of existing mature technology and chip fixed resistor production process equipment,Focus on and control the key parameters of screen production,screen printing,laser trimming,optimize process,improved the screen printing uniformity of RM3216 type milliohm level plate fixed resistor,improve the precision and consistency of resistance value after laser trimming,reduce the temperature coefficient of resistor,reduces the RM3216 type plate fixed resistor temperature characteristic from ±500 PPM/?to 0.1??0.43 ?(±200 PPM/?),0.47 ??1?(±100 PPM/?),The precision of the resistor was improved from J(±5%)to F(±1%),and made some samples.Finally,the DC resistance and resistance temperature coefficient of RM3216 type milliohm chip type fixed resistor samples were tested,as well as temperature shock,low temperature working,short time overload,high temperature exposure,resistance to welding heat,moisture and life tests,and the results met the requirements of relevant standards and specifications.
