With the rapid development of social economy, the people's life quality rise ceaselessly, the user to the electric power quality demand is higher and higher. Because distribution system with users directly connected to the user's power supply reliability, the maximum impact. Therefore distribution system and to improve the reliability evaluation of the distribution system reliability level is very important meaning.Distribution system reliability analysis method basically has simulation method, analytical method and artificial intelligence algorithm, etc, these methods have deficiencies:simulation method takes a long time to improve the accuracy of the calculation:Analytical method with the system and the increase of computation is getting higher; Artificial intelligence algorithm model difficult exist shortcoming. So the study of complex distribution system reliability in the precision and need to find a balance point between computation. Based on this, the paper puts forward a new method, it is a'method of success-driven system reliability analysis method, can analyze the state, timing, the reliability of complex systems.By introducing the complex network theory, analyses the interpretation of the modern grid complex networks practical grid, and the characteristic of the static topology structure is analyzed, and reveals the index of degree distribution scale-free characteristics. This paper also discusses the failure propagation mechanism of complex grid with structural optimization method.Then by introducing successful flow algorithm-GO method, a new distribution system reliability evaluation model, draw the GO GO figure analyzing and calculating different typical connection mode of radiation type distribution network reliability evaluation result is obtained, further complicated distribution has branches radiation type reliability evaluation of model method, and compared with simulation method according to the results calculated, concluded the weak links of the system and improve the power supply reliability distribution network search methods.According to the introduction of the distributed power the impact of traditional system, analyzes the access points, and access DG and operation mode of the influence of system reliability. According to the requirements of reliability of system configuration, and then determine DG by considering the energy DG uncertainty, gives the analysis DG model. The reliability assessment method is applied with GO method off optimization scheme, is proposed based on multiple factors related with cape optimization methods. Distribution network based on the actual operational requirements, the establishment of optimal mathematical model, using an improved genetic algorithm difference method to solve, and use GO reliability assessment method, making the distribution network of the switch configuration to meet the reliability constraints, and integrated least-cost Under the premise of optimization.Finally in the foregoing theory and method is established, on the basis of online distribution network reliability evaluation management information system, intelligent grid conditions for the future of the distribution network reliability evaluation provides the beneficial reference.
