The development of the modern society has put forward higher request on weighing technology. The electronic weighing technology have been great application in the commercial trade and industry, all walks of life and electronic weighing technology are getting closer. Electronic weighing technology get wide attention in the whole world as a newly high-tech industry.At first, in the summarize of the thesis discussed status quo and future development of electronic weighing technology, and the necessity and the emergency of electronic weighing technology also have illuminated. Second, the hardware and software of the weighing system is analyzed.For its hardware, the principle and basic structure are analyzed. And select weighing sensor, design amplifier circuit, analog filter circuit, A/D converter circuit and 485 communication module To complete the weighing system hardware design.For its software, embedded real-time operating system, Digital filtering algorithms and nonlinear compensation are analyzed. Completed the transplantations of Linux operating system and graphical interface MiniGUI. And designed application to achieve weighing functions. Introduction the Moving average filter and Nonlinear compensation based on least squares which use in this system.At last, the anti-jamming technology and error Analysis of electronic weighing system is introduced.
