Road safety is a comprehensive issue that is related to human, vehicle and road. Among one of those three factors, road and its environment are particular important part. The studies show that they contribute relative big part of road accident and affect human behavior.In recent years, for the reason of balanced China's policy of regional development needs, continues accelerate the process of developing the western region, the acceleration of the Qinghai-Tibet highway road construction, traffic volume increased, the acceleration of vehicles speed, people travel rate, coupled with poor traffic management, a unique Qinghai-Tibet highway terrain and climate and other reasons, road traffic accidents has shown a rising trend, how to effectively solve the problem of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway traffic safety is a pressing issue.Firstly, this study made investigation and vehicle road test at a typical road sections of the Qinghai-Tibet highway, the overall analysis road characteristics, traffic characteristics, traffic flow characteristics, climate characteristics, properties and other traffic accident Security features, in order to provide the basic data for road safety analysis and sections rectification。Secondly, researched on the identification of hazardous locations of Qinghai-Tibet highway, considered the affection indicators of identification based on the Qinghai-Tibet highway traffic safety man-vehicle-road-a combination of factors as identified environmental, used Bayesian statistical methods and a combination of clustering theory methods for identification of hazardous road sections, in order to provide a scientific basis for the Qinghai-Tibet highway safety rectification work.Thirdly, using the accuracy advantages of gray relation theory for analysis the uncertainty of "small samples, poor information", analyzed the mainly reasons of road safety affecting factors using gray relational analysis theory, in order to identify the indicators which most closely associated with the accident integrated Factors, and sorted of these factors, in order to find the main risk during the process of road dangerous section implement, and focus on governance of these risk.Finally, for the reason of the status of current safety implementation, what mainly were based on expert opinion, implementation process is simple, and has a certain subjective characteristics. In this paper, a survey of more than a few steps to find the weakest link of the factors, combined with geographical features of the Qinghai-Tibet highway, targeted to improve methods and recommendations for improvement.
