As the development of our domestic economy, coastal areas has become our nation,s on of the best development potential areaes.Pick-up the speed of development of economy in the coastal areas has very impotent sence.During the procedure of coastal areas construction ,inevitable meets dredger filled soft soil in the current deposition area ,man-made land around the coastal areas ,man-made lake and so on . So, seeking a new processing method for the current dredger filled soft soil is good for reducing the construction period, improving qulity, reducing costs,and has special impotent sence of saving the land resource.The thesis sdudy on the feasibility of soft soil ground base key technology of combined reinforcement by submerged sandpiper and pre-abstraction -of -water dynamic consolidation, and generalize the construction parameter of submerged sandpiper, precipitation, and forced ramming on super soil ground base ,which contains characteristics of submerged sandpiper on super soil ground base. Study the curve of ground water level during the precipitation process; and comparative analysis the precipitation effect between Different precipitation scheme; Study the change rule of surface subsidence during the compaction process on the condition of different Dynamic compaction center distance.and Study the change rule of surface subsidence by the congdition of different number of dynamic compaction times; Study the ground surface horizontal displacement as time and spaces trend of change on the different conditions of compactive effort; Analysis the pore water pressure produce and dissipation rule during the dynamic compaction construction process on the different conditions of compactive effort; Analysis its trend of change With the change rule of time and space, Analysis how the pore water pressure chang impact es on Soft soil properties; Compares before and after for strengthening the foundation reinforcement by standard penetration test, static cone penetration test and experimental study; Evaluates foundation bearing capacity by load test before and after the foundation improvement; Compares the force behavior before and after the foundation improvement.Testing results show that the bearing capacity, foundation strength of the soft soil foundation strengthened by submerged sandpiper and pre-abstraction-of-water dynamic consolidation has improved...
