With the rapid development of China's economy,road construction has entered a peak period.Ensuring safe and efficient operation after the completion of roads is a top priority.However,the distribution of soft soil in coastal areas is very extensive.Due to the high compressibility,large deformation,long duration and low shear strength of soft soil,it may cause cracks on the road surface,bridgehead jumps,severe deformation of road embankments and even instability.Such engineering disasters are a major hidden danger to the safety and stability of the road.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of settlement or differential settlement caused by soft soil foundations in coastal areas,soft foundations must be treated.This paper mainly introduces the definition of soft soil and its engineering characteristics,and the common methods of soft soil foundation treatment.Taking the road network project of Lehai Weiwei in Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an engineering example,the geological characteristics and hydrological characteristics of the project are first investigated.Combined with the special surrounding environment and complex soft land quality conditions,the construction cost and engineering.The progress and other aspects were compared,and the low-energy dynamic compaction method was chosen as the foundation treatment method of the project.In the process of foundation treatment,the low energy dynamic compaction method can appropriately reduce the compaction energy,effectively improve the bearing capacity of the foundation,the cost of treatment is low,and the operation is simple,reducing the impact on the surrounding environment.The low energy dynamic compaction method is often used in foundation treatment.It is a new technology for strengthening soft soil which has been developed and researched for more than 10 years.There is a significant difference between this method and dynamic compaction.According to the basic principle of dynamic compaction,in the process of treatment,the soil structure should be destroyed first,and then re-applied force to achieve the purpose of re-consolidation.However,in the process of soft clay treatment,due to the different properties of soft clay,the strength recovery process is very slow.Therefore,this method can only be applied to clay soil within a certain range of water content.However,the low-energy dynamic compaction method can be used to tamp the soil without any structural changes or significant damages.Through the analysis of dynamic compaction method to reinforce mechanism and key indicators,provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the numerical simulation,through the basic assumptions and basic theory of finite element numerical model,using Midas GTS NX numerical calculation model is established,based on different tamping reinforcement depth calculation,obtained 1500 kn m.for the project the best tamping can choose,so choose fell from 7.5 m.Through the dynamic compaction method on the spot test section,to verify the feasibility of this method,through the analysis of field monitoring data and monitoring data,with low energy dynamic compaction to foundation treatment effect can meet the requirements of specification and engineering,and its economy is good,none of the ground treatment method,which is suitable for the engineering of foundation treatment method.According to the characteristics of the low-energy dynamic compaction method,the scheme of foundation treatment and reinforcement was formulated,and the precautions in the foundation treatment process and the acceptance criteria of the low-energy dynamic compaction method were drawn up.Finally,the results of monitoring the treatment of soft soil foundation are analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to use the low energy dynamic compaction method for s as for the application of soft soil foundation in this project,the soft soil meets the design standard when the targeted operation is carried out and provide reference and reference for foundation treatment in the same type of soft soil area.
