Dam construction is imPortant comPonent of flood Protection system in our country. There are 277 thousand kilometers dam engineering which' safe is related with most PeoPle's life and ProPerty' safety. But because of man-made and nature factors, a lot of dams exist Potential safety hazard. So it is very imPortant to evaluate dam oPeration and safety condition PromPtly and accurately. The key Parameter of implements the embankment anti-seePage and the reinforcement service is the embankment materials behavior, the traditional Parameter gain method already could not meet the Project actual needs, domestic and foreign has made the remarkable Progress based on the static displacement's materials behavior inversion analysis, then based on moved displacement's embankment materials behavior research to be relatively few, This research exert large tonnage dynamic loading on yellow river main and subsidiary levee using HWD(heavy weight deflectometer) and observe levee's dynamic resPonse under dynamic loading, back calculate and analysis dam material ProPerties by genetic algorithm. The main research work and achievements are as follows:1. The fundamental Principles of three-dimensional dynamic finite element is exPounded, stratification medium and homogeneity medium three-dimensional dynamic finite element model is built, comPile dynamic FEM calculation Program which is accordance with field measurement. The result is that the method is meeting calculation accuracy requirements.2. The three-dimensional dynamic inverse analysis of embankment is establish according to the basic Principles of genetic algorithms method. The inverse analysis Program is comPiled. The method can achieve global oPtimal income claims and have a high retrieval accuracy was showed by the theoretical evaluation results of examPles in the PaPer.3. The HWD has been used on the Yellow River's main dam and auxiliary dam implements a dynamic test. The characteristics of the main dam and auxiliary dam materials is inverse analysis, the results of which show that the method can be aPPlied to the actual testing and evaluation of the dike.The characteristics of embankment materials is gain by dynamic inverse analysis, the new method for the survey embankment hidden danger is Provided, the reference is Provided for the reinforcement and rePair of the dike.
