As the main power source of machinery and equipment,Diesels play an important role.They have complex structure,changing working conditions and poor working conditions.In the event of failure,if they can not be repaired in time,there will be huge economic losses, even more the case which can lead to serious security incidents. Therefore, strengthening the monitoring and fault diagnosis of diesel is very important. The operator of diesel engine usually has some capability to certain the fault of diesel, but it will be difficult without expert guidance when some complexity of sudden failure happen. While,it is also difficult promptly for diagnosis experts to rushed to the scene of the accident in time,due to the geographical constraints.At this point the establishment of remote fault diagnosis system for diesel engine can effectively solve this problem.This sensor technology, data acquisition,signal analysis and data processing, database and data transmission technology, network and communication technologies, diesel engines and their related disciplines such as fault diagnosis technology integration technologies in order to fuzzy Cluster analysis and diagnosis algorithm has developed a diesel engine as the core, remote monitoring diagnosis system, and system implementation of the diesel engine through the output signal of the acquisition, processing and fault diagnosis.This detailed analysis of the multi-cylinder diesel engine fault abnormal balance performance study of fuzzy clustering analysis in diesel engine fault diagnosis and take advantage of remote fault diagnosis system for diesel engine four-cylinder diesel engine, collecting the crankshaft instantaneous speed signal, extract a speed peak, a second harmonic component, four sub-harmonic component features such as parameters, the final application of fuzzy clustering analysis method to the balance of each cylinder was discrimination.
