Jet Grouting Method as a new ground-based processing technology has been applied in many engineering fields, the foundation strengthening works on the existing building also has some applications. Looking at high-pressure jet grouting method development process, the main research priorities are focused on the development of construction methods and construction machinery, the design and calculation of theoretical research has lagged behind, design and calculation method of diversity, resulting in engineering applications, there is Some defects, foundation strengthening works to existing buildings, the defect is mainly reflected in the amount of used piles and sedimentation control for inadequate accounting for more than two-fold. Papers for the shortcomings of these two aspects, combined with uneven settlement of foundation building Beipiao Water control projects on the high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation strengthening works on the existing buildings in the design and calculation method started two studies:(1)Reasonable under the existing formula, combined with a large number of engineering examples have been analyzed, and a reasonable design and calculation methods to make high-pressure jet grouting pile reinforcement is more economical and reasonable;(2)Through the finite element software for different operating conditions a basis for settlement of the foundation trend analysis to identify high-pressure rotary jet pile composite foundation settlement variation, according to foundation settlement variation, choose the high-pressure rotary jet pile reinforcement programs to achieve the optimal design.In the above two research papers based on the area proposed to the optimal replacement rate as the control conditions of the high-pressure rotary jet pile composite foundation design calculation method, namely, by the bearing capacity of composite foundation to meet the minimum size of replacement rate to determine the largest high-pressure rotary jet pile piles with the pile spacing and the smallest number of foundation settlement according to trend analysis results can be obtained, this method determined by the number of pile spacing and the use of piles with a reinforced foundation settlement type in the minimum.The paper to adopt a replacement rate for the control of the optimal conditions for an area of high pressure jet grouting pile composite foundation design calculation method of the uneven settlement of foundation building Beipiao Water treatment projects in high pressure jet grouting pile design and construction methods through reasonable high pressure jet grouting pile in the process of building the foundation subsidence control, achieved good reinforcing effect.
