| With the rapid development of economy and society, the consumption of energy keep growing, particular in increasing scarcity of water resources. In order to structure a saving and harmonious society, we must develop reasonably, use the resources effectively and protect the resources. As the improvement of people's life quality, our requirements of water's quality and water supply system's reliability keep rising, which impose higher demanding on the water supply system. The system use a more advanced fuzzy control technology on the basis of the traditional frequency conversion constant pressure water supply to design variable frequency variable pressure water supply system which to ensure it more energy efficiency and reliability.This paper analysis and study the water pipe network, water pump, frequency control and fuzzy control in water supply system in detail, compare and study on the energy savings differences in frequency variable pressure and frequency constant pressure. Study fuzzy control theory applied in the frequency variable pressure water supply system, to develop a more advanced way for the water supply, and to achieve variable frequency variable pressure water supply by monitoring the most negative point of pipe network and using fuzzy control method. Finally, the paper select and apply the hardware device of control system, and write the system software PLC control program, in order to provide a set of control system which has good stability and more obvious energy-saving effection . |
