| Water supply problems in community related to the quality of life of the residents.Recently, a variety of ways of water supply was put forward and applied to the process ofwater supply, but they are water and electricity resource wasting and low degree ofautomation. Considering of economy, convenience, reliability, automation degree and othercomprehensive factors, this paper has a deep study of constant pressure water supply system.It tries to reduce pump current overshoot problem during the startup through the transducerparameter optimization in the design process and gives the configuration design simulation ofconstant pressure water supply system. The main research work is as follows.1. Firstly, the article details the characteristics and the origination of Water SupplySystem, demonstrates that the variable frequency speed control strategy is relatively highefficiency and energy saving through the graphical analysis. It describes the conditions andrequirements during the switching between variable frequency and power frequency, showsthe closed loop pressure control process.2. In order to reduce the current impact of water pump in its startup, FR-Configuratorsoftware is used to connect the Internet Mitsubishi transducer and the computer, enabling thecomputer to read the drive parameters and system performance datas. According to theoperating data, ANFIS and PSO algorithm tries to optimize the parameters of the drive, sothat the transducer can control the water pump in small current overshoot and short time in itsstartup process. The simulation results show that, this method is effective.3. Designing PID controller, using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation tool to build PIDcontrol model. Simulation results show that the adjusting is effective. For fixed parameters ofPID controller, complexity of the system, impact and overshoot in simulation graphicobviously,putting forward the designing of fuzzy PID controller. Comparison of the twocontrollers’ simulation results, it is clear that the fuzzy PID control enjoy more efficiency andaccuracy.4. According to the system design, it gives the hardware selection, lists the hardwareparameters, writes a PLC program, draws an electrical connection diagram.5. In order to demonstrate the specific running process of constant pressure water supplysystem, with the help of MCGS to build computer simulation system, the results agree with practical supply process. |
