| The thesis bases on the current requirements of reliability and intelligent of high-voltage switch, studies the principle of double-coil bistable Permanent Magnetic Actuator (PMA) vacuum circuit breaker, elaborates the magnetic circuit characteristics of the bistable PMA from qualitative and quantitative perspective during the vacuum circuit breaker switching off and switching on, and designed a kind of new intelligent controller to match the bistable PMA vacuum circuit breaker. The controller has achieved detection, control, protection,communication and other functions. The controller has a complete PMA control unit, which includes the capacitor charging circuit, capacitor voltage and phase voltage detection circuit, opening coil and closing coil driver circuit, as well as actuator displacement detection circuit. The controller's fault protection functions include over voltage, under voltage, leakage, short circuit, overload, phase-break,and it also realizes long-distance communication with RS485 bus.The result of the experiment has demonstrated that the intelligent controller is running well and greatly improves the performance and intelligent level of the permanent magnetic actuator vacuum circuit breaker. |
