Large difference between the climate in China, the current specification does not take into account the temperature load the climate differences across the country to adopt the same temperature pattern of the temperature effect is not reasonable.Therefore,the research of temperature gradient and effect of concrete box beam bridge pier and box girde has great significance.Taking Large Wujiang Bridge in province engineering background,this thesis will study the temperature field of concrete box beam bridge pier and box girder during constructed stage with the amount of temperature test data obtained in the engineering construction by the supervisors.In this thesis, the mian tasks finished are as follows:(1) On the basis of the regression analysis of on-site-test temperature test data in Large Wujiang Bridge,the temperature variation law of box pier and box girder cross section and the web section of roof in solar radiation and under different seasonal is obtained.(2) Using the finite element program ANSYS,simulation calculation analysis is carried out to study the temperature gradient of concrete box pier and box girder cross section with the boundary conditions of the real bridge. Compared with the on-site-test data,finally a fitting of the box-shaped cross-section temperature gradient and the box girder vertical temperature gradient in Guizhou north-south bridge is obtained.(3) With the Software of MIDAS,it will be built to the bridge pier three-dimensional finite element model,this thesis will analyze the temperature effect of Large Wujiang Bridge.The pier displacement that caused by solar radiation hollow pier will achieve 29.1mm,more than JTJ041-2000 road Bridge Construction Specifications Table 15.8.2 allowed under Article 6 of the value of 20mm. Also made use of pre-control method to control,so as to attain the purpose that control the impact of temperature on the perpendicularity of bridge piers.(4) With the Software of MIDAS,it will be built to the construction phase three-dimensional finite element model, this thesis will analyze the temperature effect of Large Wujiang Bridge,come in the span is the maximum vertical displacement of up-11.24mm, and the proposed method is linked to the relative elevation Blue Layout Elevation of legislation,so as to attain the purpose that control the impact of temperature on the vertical deflection of box girder.(5) China Road and Bridge Specifications JTJ D60-2004, British BS-5400 standard and fitting the measured temperature gradient curve are used for solar temperature load calculation in the construction phase of the Large Wujiang Bridge.Because of the same values as the three T1, T2's value different,h1 smaller the values of the former, the latter two are the same, which makes the temperature gradient calculated by fitting the measured temperature effect value and the British standard BS-5400 was close to the calculated values.
