Taking a 96-meter span tied-arch bridge of Nilsson system in Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail as an example, design parameters and post creep deformation are analyzed by professional finite element and the program which is adjusted cable tension of the arch bridge is designed. The main contents and final conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1) The influence of suspender type on the structural static characteristics is studied in detail. The structural scheme which has the better static characteristics is pointed out.(2) The influence of suspender type on the structural dynamic characteristics is studied in detail. The structural scheme which has the better dynamic characteristics is pointed out.(3) By analyzing the different of creep calculation between the Highway Code and the Railway Code and the influence parameters of creep coefficient, the author deduces that it is effective to reduce creep deformation of concrete with limited impact on strain of main girders, suspender force and tie bar force by deferring applying secondary dead load by 30 days after completion of this bridge and prolonging concrete curing duration.(4) By analyzing the theory of cable tension regulation, the author derivate the cable tension equation base on influence matrix method and transfer the equation to a linear inequality-constraint least squares problems. The hybrid programming with VB.NET and Matlab about the cable tension of the arch bridge is designed in this paper.
