However, the increasing urban traffic volume has led to frequent heavy traffic and traffic jams. The self advantage of public transit has been a necessary measurement to relieve heavy traffic. The problem of bus scheduling has become the first problem.Public transit is a city's window.As the biggest border city and famous tour city, the running efficiency and service quality of the public transit in the city is not only concerned with people's benefits, but also concerned with the urban image and competitiveness. Through the investigation on the satisfaction degree of public transit companies of passengers and investigation of traveling in the city and the analysis and computation on the data, we work out an objective and accurate result about the current situation of the public transit of Dandong City. Aiming at the existing problem in the run of the public transit companies, combining the present scheduling management mode with the present economic situation, we work out a model of public transit scheduling management system based on punctual information, which takes use of wireless transmission, collecting real-time information of all stops during the period of the running of vehicles by the RFID devices set at the stops, transmitting the information to the scheduling machine while they return. Then, the scheduling machine transmit the data through RS232 Serial communications to upper machine to realize the scheduling and control of vehicles and staffs in order to solve the problems of unpunctuality and the out-of-date management means, to promote the attraction volume and the management level and economic benefits of the public transit department of Dandong City.
