Study On The Green Dwelling Design Of Villages

After the reform and open policy, a dramatic change happened to China. During the process of urbanization, a new tide of housing construction emerged in rural area due to the radiation effects of city, and improved the rural dwelling condition and environment.Upon its excellent economy condition, rural dwelling construction in Zhejiang province got a rapid development. Therefore, rural dwelling construction is definitely an important part of the future new village construction in Zhejiang province. In this context of the times, this paper makes a systematic research on country green dwelling design taking Jianlin village in Jiaxing city as an example. This topic origins from the tutor's project: Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department's major Scientific research program——landscape design of modern village new community research and application of the key technique of green dwelling.There are four different kinds of village in Zhejiang province: mountain area and hill area, riverside town in plain area, coastal fishing area and suburban. 17 typical villages are chosen out from Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Ningbo, Jinhua, Lishui and Shaoxing and to which an investigation of green dwelling current situation is made. By the way of visiting farmers, talking with the farmers as well as handing out questionnaire,the author carries out an investigation to the built time, structure, material, function space, indoor heat environment of rural housing and villager's recognition and willingness of green construction measure. Based on the investigation, this paper analyzes both the success and the failure of green construction measure.This paper considers the concept of local feature, low-cost, organic dwelling design as its principle, and summarizes the key technique of country green dwelling construction managing to reach the goal of land-saving(the planning and design, function layout), energy efficiency(natural ventilation, lighting), water-saving(indoor establishment, outdoor rain gathering), building materials-saving(rubbish Recycling, use local material, keep the existing building)through dwelling design, and further to improve green situation. This paper embodies the rural green dwelling design concept and method through the practice of Jiaxing city Jianlin village, and provides a reference for the rural green dwelling construction in Zhejiang province.
