Research On The Evaluation System Construction Of Green Village In The Cold Regions

In the "Twelfth Five-Year" period under the background of the new rural, theconstruction of green towns and villages and china’s urbanization, this paper establish aevaluation index system suitable for green village in the cold areas of north Chinathrough research on the village green development research status at home and abroadand the related evaluation system combines features cold areas.Firstly, this paper clearly define the concept of the green villages in cold regionsaccording to regional development, sustainable development, ecological theory, greenbuilding and other related theories. Then through the analysis of indicators that hasexisted, the characteristics of the green villages and the advantages and disadvantages ofthe method of determining the weight，this paper decide using the method of frequencyanalysis and theoretical analysis to determine the primary indicators. Then establish amodel of rough set attribute simplicity and attribute importance in order to determinethe preferred index.Building a green indicator framework model of the evaluation indexsystem according to DSR and PSR reference framework which including four modules:the green industry and management, resource conservation and utilization, greenlandscape and environmental protection, infrastructure and public services.Finally, basing on the index system about sustainable development at home andabroad, ecology, green, this paper proposes the initially established village greenindicator by combining the characteristics of the cold regions. According to rough setattribute simplicity and importance of the method, the index system is initially formedreduction targets and to determine the weights to build the ultimate indicator system.This paper has studied the concept of green villages which filling the gaps of thetheory about green village. The index system about the green village in the cold regionsestablished by the rough set can guide and evaluate the green villages that is being builtand guide the direction of the green construction.
