The full power converter is one core components used in wind power dynamo fields. Many important key technology problems have been researched in the paper,this production presents a technology of terrace power generatrix used in DC input ,which reduce the terrace power generatrix parasitical reduction and decrease the additional high voltage in the power module. The technology of all flow copper row used in AC output to balance the merge modles'current. The modularization design of the main power electrocircuit facilitate the workers to assemble and maintain. The paper describe the whole equipment design of water cold system ,the liquid dynam and thermal design had been analyzed through the Flowtherm method and the results were agreed with the practical conditions. The technologies of EMC,environment protection and safe design had been effectively used in the structure design of the equipment through researching the theories of the EMC and"three protection". The paper describe the technologies of copper row conjunction and electric cable conjunction in detail, promise the parts 's link in the equipment to meet with the Electricity safety standard.The full power converter solves the problem of the wind power dynamo equipments demanding the homemade core component. and the water cooling research result can be utilized in many other power supply fields,such as high power PV grid inverter ,and so on.
