With the development of the vehicle industry. The vehicle parts supplier need design more and more new product. Especially for the Car Door Entry System supplier, fewer engineers need design lots of new product; it becomes a mission impossible for the engineer and company.This paper base on the study of current design process of company. Find the issue and reason of current design process. After study the concept of modularization and integrate the features of the product of Car Door Entry System,Find the modularization design concept could solve the current problem of company.This paper put forth a concept of virtual module creatively. This module is cross with the single part. This means one module involves some single parts, and one single part will be a part of different module. This kind of module only could be saving at database. It make possible of the modularization design of Car Door Entry System. Integrate the requirements management into the modularization design, and make module standard, unified and simplified the requirements, make the communication of requirements and module become more closely. Based on the study and optimization, rebuild the design and design review process of company. According to analysis the project, verify that modularization design process could short the design timing, reduce the cost, and increase the design quality.
