The Trajectory Correction Missile Electric Steering Gear Control System is an essential and indispensable component of the Trajectory Correction Missile flight control system, and which is the executing agency of the control projectile flight control system.The main content of this paper is to develop an electric steering gear control system according to a set of amendments, which is suitable for the particular structure of the missile. This paper analyzes its composition, control principle, control algorithm, hardware and software of the controller in detail.For the system that mentioned in this paper, firstly, I analyze the composition and principle of the electric steering gear control systems. This section includes the selection of the various components of the composition system, the mathematical model building of each part, and so on. This section describes the advantages of permanent magnet brushless of DC motor in detail, and compares the permanent magnet brush DC motor. Then listed the voltage balance equation, the torque balance equation and the EMF equation of DC motor according to the selected motor, Associated conversion.then establish the mathematical model of the motor servo system.Secondly, this paper designed the hardware circuit of the system, which including the electrical power amplifier, PWM signal isolation circuit, the brake circuit, the communication interface circuit, and the signal detection circuit. This section provides a physical basis for system software and control algorithm.Finally, exposition the control strategy and simulation of the electric steering gear control system in detail. This section designed and simulated three closed-loop control systems, including the position loop, the velocity loop, and the current loop. The experimental results show that the three closed-loop control system has to meet the target of the indicators. And this system has a lot of benefits, including high precision, small overshoot, fast response and short adjustment time and so on.
