| Electric steering gear has been widely used in missile steering gear due to its fast response speed and small volume and weight.However,with the fast evolution of armament furnish technology,modern guided ammunition also puts forward higher requirements for the control performance of electric steering gear.Forasmuch as the matter of large torsion pulsation and high transmission loss ratio in the working process of DC motor,which is often used in steering gear,the system will be more inconvenient.Thus,in recent years,more and more investigators who are come from correlative areas,they are turn their eyes to the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The motor possessed some feature which include simple construction,better economy,and control is easier to implement.On account of the motor has highly non-linearity and time-variance,this paper will proposed a control approach which bonding the vintage control and the Fuzzy control,Used this method to mounting the emulation pattern and measuring examination.The statistical result indicated that the approach validity,which has a certain reference worth with research on the control system of intelligent weapons and intelligent ammunitionRepose on the performance demand of missile electromechanical actuator,first of all,in this thesis,from the angle of PMSM architecture and mathematical equation,mere apply the old method is hard to fill the control precision of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,thus,regarding to this question,this paper put forward an intelligent control which conjugation the classical PI control and fuzzy control.The simulation was conducted under the condition of various speed and burst load,manifest that adaptive fuzzy PI control has better purpose.Secondly,in order to better research on intelligent control method of this article,found on the DSPF28335,designed the firmware control system,and the correlation circuits are designed.Based on the CCS6.1.3 slab,the software control system has designed,Introduced the subprogram process involve the SVPWM and adaptive fuzzy PI control.Based on previous works,feasibility verification of adaptive fuzzy PI control algorithm.The motor was tested under different working conditions by a self-made motor speed control test system.In accordance with the fact speed measurement product of permanent magnet synchronous motor,summarized the feature of the control method which the article proposed.Meanwhile,in order to further proof the superiority of adaptive fuzzy PI algorithm,the computer simulation of missile pitch channel is carried out,the consequence demonstrate the vantage of the intelligence control algorithm of this thesis. |
