Numerical simulation and emulation of different calibers and structures of the muzzle flow field by CFD flow simulation software FLUENT. The main contents of this dissertation are as following:1. The control equations of the flow are described; The physical and mathematic models of the muzzle flow field are established; The rational turbulent model is selected ; With Finite Volume Method, the discrete treatment is applied to the control equation of the flow .2. The model of interior ballistics is established, and variation of the blast parameters in bore which are the steady flow and the unsteady flow are discussed, a theoretical formula for the initial conditions is provided to muzzle flow field simulation .3. The creation process of the complex flow field of muzzle is specifically described.The numerical simulation of flow field including no moving projectile,muzzle device, moving projectile with precursor flow field are achieved.Pressure distribution and velocity cloud maps of the muzzle flow field are obtained, the creation process of muzzle flow field in the different forms ,which is summarized.4. In the end, analysis and calculation of muzzle flow field on the impact of projectile motion, the numerical simulation including the projectile without disturbance, the projectile swings with disturbance,which is in a different air to flow angle of attack,different nutation angle.Carried out analysis of the after-effect period of propellant gas influences the movement of the projectile.The result indicates that the creation process of the muzzle flow field is the creation process of blast wave;while affecting flow field of gun muzzle,the movement of the projectile is also affected by the flow field during the process of firing from the muzzle field;With the velocity of projectile increases,after crossing blast wave, head ware and tail ware appear,and the velocity of projectile decreases.The result of simulation agrees with that of reality,which shows that numerical simulation method in the process of the weapon system simulation is feasible.
