| In recent years, the economy of our country has leapt forward, and the construction of a large number of infrastructural facilities leads to a sudden increase in the using of gravel which is the main aggregate of concrete. In this paper, on the premise of guaranteeing the stability of river flows, the safety of flood control, the normal run of production and living facilities by the shore and satisfying the requirements for ecological condition protection , the relevant technical parameters and data of exploitation zone, no-take zone and exploitation slope were studied and defined by explorating and surveying Shimen reach of Qingzhang River in She county of Handan, gathering basic data and grasping gravel resources reserves, location distribution and exploitation status, combining with regulation planning organically, which were in order to popularize the experience and technology among the whole river training, accelerate the regulation of untreated river reach, achieve comprehensive management efficiency and make important reference for sustainable development of the society, economy and environment in this area.First, on the basis of hydrologic analysis, river evolution and sediment supply in sand quarrying reach were analyzed in the study area. Thereinto, sediment supply analysis in sand quarrying reach contained basin sediment analysis, suspended load and traction load analysis.Secondly, according to relevant laws and regulations, combining with basin comprehensive planning, flood control planning, river regulation planning and other relevant plannings, the boundary of no-take zone and exploitation zone was studied, and a series of technical matters such as time limit, exploitation slope and the stacking and disposition of finished materials and disposable materials were also researched. The effects of sand quarrying on river discharge and water delivery, river conditions, projects and ecological condition were evaluated, and measures to reduce the effects were put forward. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of research achievements were evaluated comprehensively, and further countermeasures and measures to solve the problems were put forward. |
