| Currently, oil field electric motors are inefficient and create a lot of waste of energy. This problem is always solved by unit control method for raising the utilisation rate of electric energy. However, the previous studies found that many industry systems are characterized by the operation of motor clusters. The fluctuation load influences of the motors directly the holistic efficiency and the power loss. Hereby, this paper brings out a new plan to save and optimize the energy of electric cluster. The centralized voltage regulation is applied after analyzing the situation of asynchronous motor and the application of genetic algorithm in the cluster of motors, and achieve at the overall energy saving.This dissertation studies the most frequently used asynchronous motor in Daqing oil field. According to the particular work situation of the beam pumping unit, it analyzes the loss of asynchronous motor with constant torque and the reduction of voltage, investigates the problem of energy consumption of asynchronous motor with variable torque at light load and at heavy load, and analyzes the equivalent circuit, working nature and principle of asynchronous motor. Finally we establish a mathematical model of minimum loss of the entire system of motor cluster which could be used of the application of genetic algorithm.This dissertation introduces at first the principle and the realization of the genetic algorithm. Then, it deals with steps, encoding mode, fitness function, selection operation, crossover operation, mutation operation. Considering the limitations of the genetic algorithm, such as slow convergence rates and the premature, hybrid genetic algorithm which is based on integer and real coding is used in this dissertation as the encoding mode for generator unit optimal commitment. The tournament selection mode and the optimal individual conserving method are adopted. Also, the simulated annealing algorithm is applied after the crossover operation to improve the optimizing effect. After obtain the optimum result by the calculation of matlab, the energy saving is realized by the on-load voltage regulation.This dissertation is applicable and available to the great majority of mid and low-voltage mutation load asynchronous motor clusters of power stations, coal mines and oil fields. The achievements have been made in the practical application in the Daqing oil fields. |
