The urgent situation of energy shortage and the national policy of energy saving and consumption reducing, reducing energy consumption has become a goal from designers to users. The effect of energy saving effect of variable frequency speed regulation technology is gradually recognised by the market, but its actual consumption effect is still have a lot of problems.When the energy consumption is much more than the speed of energy development, further in-depth study of induction motor variable frequency speed regulation on energy saving problem, excavating its energy-saving potential, improving the efficiency of the system in the process of actual operation, has the very vital significance.Based on variable frequency energy saving unable to estimate in advance, and the actual energy saving results are far apart with the expected effect, proposed energy saving effect of the motor frequency control of motor speed operation requires comprehensive energy consumption analysis, and the factors affecting the effects of induction motor variable frequency speed regulation and energy saving concrete is analysised and made a summary.First, the article test the recycling efficiency on the feedback grid directly by renewable electricity experiment platform, verify the energy saving effect of energy recovery technology.Based on the harmonic problems caused by the frequency converter operation, studied the inverter harmonic generation mechanism and the harm to the grid. In view of the current development status and existing problems, and mainly analysis the harmonic loss estimation and harmonic suppression method. Through the SIMULINK to establish the system model of induction motor sine power supply and frequency conversion power supply, and harmonic current distribution is observed through the FFT module of SIMULINK.Efficiency optimization research on energy saving of light load. First, established the mathematical model of induction motor considering the influence of iron loss. Through analysis of loss in the process of the motor running, The principle that light load optimal flux achieve optimum efficiency is derived.Using SIMULINK to build the simulation model of induction motor based on loss model and the optimal excitation control are simulated. The simulation results show that, when the optimal flux is obtained by using the model to control excitation current, invariable output torque and rotational speed can be in guarantee, the total loss can be reduced and the running efficiency of the whole system can be improved. Then, golden section search method was studied for minimum input power, and the principle of optimization was studied. Building simulation to compared with loss control model simulation results, it is concluded that it has the advantages of strong robustness. At the same time, combining with the advantage of the two improved control algorithm: first of all, according to the loss model to calculate the optimal flux linkage reference, then through the golden search near the reference value for the minimum power input. And carries on the simulation, the result proves that the hybrid control optimization algorithm retains the dynamic characteristics of the fast response and strong robustness, better solve the energy-saving problem of light load condition.
