The explosive development of the communications industry gave birth to all kinds of communication terminals, the users generated on the dependence of these high-tech communication terminals by the demand for information. Communication terminal changes from the original focusing on functions to paying attention on today's humane care. Communication terminal based on technology can not dock and exchange with the user's cognitive style from the perspective of modeling. The way of the communication terminals communicating with customers depends on the technology of the logical sequence. This kind of logic order which is often subjective affected by the designer or manufacturer shows the limitation of the user cognitive difficulties. When the user demanding for communications, frequency increases, the limitation seriously constraints the availability of the product, and leads the users into negative experience. The users get into the extreme passive behavior when interacting with the product.Interaction design is born after the relationship between product function and form breaking for the present problems. In this paper, iPhone as the carrier for the communication terminal after being released, we analysis of how the iPhone of rapidly occupied the market, the reasons for leading the industry strongly from the perspective of interaction design. According to the investigation, we discovered the iPhone interaction design key to success is to let the user in active control location. iPhone interactive design allows users to control the change process independently, provide low noise rate feedback, allow users to perceived the product change clearly which is coincide with the self-determination.and ultimately show the user's desired results, thus create feeling of control to the user. The users are able to grasp the causal relationship in iPhone interactions behavior in the visible world and the sense of the world and obtain strong sense of control on the iPhone.From the third chapter, the article proposes the interaction design elements in iPhone which are made sense of control, including interface factor; subcultural interaction design factor; multi-channel interaction design factor. Combining these factors on the user's physical, psychological, behavioral, cognitive control makes the user in the active position. Through the Perceptual Engineering Analysis method, the article assesses the sense of control for the promotion of the iPhone interaction design.Chapter four proposes for the current issue of interactive products, introducting the social psychology experiments about the sense of control, combined with acts of iPhone interaction design behavior proposing principles to protect the users'sense of control , and in the fifth chapter by collecting the information of user experience we constructed the model of sense of control of Interaction Design of iPhone. In this model, iPhone interaction design is first tested by the three elements of the sense of control, after establishing the sense of control, the interaction design starts to enter the four interaction behavior fields. Once the sense of control can not be established, the five principles of protecting the sense of control start, to help form the elements of sense of control and then establish the sense of control, and re-cycle enter into four interactive behavior fields.This article finds the key factors of excellent interactive systems of iPhone- a sense of control , proposes the model of sense of control of interaction design of iPhone, and establishs the circulatory self-protection system of the sense of control of interaction design as the part of the article's theoretical innovation. The Sense of control in interaction design is suitable for interactive design applications and other interactive products, they provide reliable methods and ideas to create a humanistic care, convenient, user-friendly interactive products, to further improve the theory of interaction design.
