The risk analysis and engineering insurance are still in its preliminary stage in Chineseengineering market.With the development of urban facility construction,More and more ofthese constructions have focused on tunneling,shield tunneling method has developed greatlyin recently Chinese metro projects.As an obviously cMxacteristic of undergroundconstruction,it'S build process has SO much point of unknowing because the complexedsituation both on the ground and underground,that means usually these projects are SUlToundby higher level of risk.Plenty of accident has noticed that the risk should be anab'sisedcarefully and systematicly.The third party liability(especially property damage)whichcaused by construction plays a vital role around the tunnel accident which happened both inour country and abroad.This master thesis is written to demanstrat how to amalysis thesepothential loss risks and how to treat these risk practicablyPeck formular has been proved to be a reliable and practible method which is used toevalue the settlement of stratum in its cross section while a shield tunnel pass through it.Until now there is few reaserch on tunnel caused settlement loss prediction,we oflenlack ofdata and caculaton support when we inplement risk analysis,engineering insuranceThis thesis has used method which based on both Peck formulaJc and economic principlein order to judge the third party building'S settlement loss while shiled tunnel pass through itsstratum.For verifying actual effect of this methode,a real case in Guangzhou metro projecthas been chosen in order to make a compaJcation.The conclusion of this thesis is summarizedfirst by calculating the expected loss which caused by tunneling settlement,then bycomparing expected loss and real loss and get a coincide resultBased on the conclusion hereon,the thesis also provides its advice for risk anlysis of shieldtunnel'S environment influence and its engineering insurance management....
