| HV transmission network which has a strong structure, good adaptability and flexibility, plenty of capacity is a necessary condition for power system's normal operation.Studying on HV transmission network planning can improve the planning's operational and guidance on the grid construction,therefore the research has highly valuable for engineering application.This thesis focuses on the continued growth of power consumption and large-scale construction of large generator in east district of Guangdong province;summarizes the current state of the power grid in this area;and analysis to the balance of electricity quantity at short-term,medium-term,and long-term;plans for the power grid;at last based on the simulation tool of BPA ,the result demonstrates the feasibility of the the planning.In this paper, the planning level years is from 2010 to 2015, during the next National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period .Research and analyze the HV transmission network in east district of Guangdong province.Improve the reliability and economy of the grid. Based on the economy development and the status society,accurate forcasts the power consumption.According the shut down of Small thermal power plants and launch plan of generators, calculation the power balance in the area.And based on the estimatethen ,points out the requirement of 500kV substation capacity in the six cities;Considering the main problems existing in the network and according to the relevant section of electric power planning design,follows the the principles of safe, reliable and economic to plan the 500kV network, analyzing and comparing the main network frame from power flow, stability and short-circuit current calculation. |
