Application of magnetic energy cover a extensive field, magnetic mechanical is a typical application of magnetic energy in mechanical field. The type of magnetic mechanical is numerous, magnechuc,magnetic centrifugal pump and rotary pump, magnetic gear and braking,magnetic mixer,magnet chamshell crane,electromagnetic absorber have been used extensively; Some machine parts and common institutions was drove by magnetic, that can form magnetic gear shift,magnetic transmission,magnetic gap sports organizations and so on.. The new material and new technology development, promote the development of the discipline of electromagnetic. The development of electromagnetic discipline will play a positive role in promoting the wide application of magnetic machinery. Electromagnetic theory applied to engineering field is an urgent and meaningful work. This thesis was utilized electromagnetic theory to do some basic research of the new products electromagnetic impactor. Using advanced finite element method to analyze two prototype impactor electromagnetic numerical simulation of electromagnetic field problem, and did the necessary experimental analysis.First of all, the basic theory of electromagnetic field and the basic theory of finite element analysis are discussed in detail, and then some important factors and the problem on electromagnetic impactor structure and the principle of electromagnetic impactor is introduced in detail.Electromagnetic impactor is a device which motion by electromagnetic force produce by piston and magnetic materials' reciprocity, thus achieve the impact purpose. Therefore, for electromagnetic impactor, the main contents of the electromagnetic impactor are the speed and energy of pistons. Electricity into energy, energy into the kinetic energy of pistons, this series is completed in a very short period of time. This is a very complex process, simplified this process to two process, the process that electromagnetic impactor absorb energy from electric and the process that the pistons impact. This paper focuses on the first process.Using the finite element analysis software of electromagnetic field, translated the electricity into kinetic energy process of electromagnetic impactor. Analysis of the characteristics of electromagnetic, on the basis of the characteristics of electromagnetic set research plan. First, In the maximum air gap position, establish finite element model using finite element software, get some data such as electromagnetic force and magnetic energy. Use of parametric analysis function simulation the process of pistons motion, can have the data of electromagnetic force and energy when the pistons in any position. Namely, Through the parameters processing, We can get the relationship between electromagnetic force and the air-gap,energy and the air-gap,inductance of coil and the air-gap.Through experiment, measure peak acceleration, compared the experimental results and simulation results, verify the finite element method in this thesis.The data can provides the basis for perfect the structure of electromagnetic impactor,the study of knock-on effect and impact potential.
