Along with the rapid development of economic construction, piles are widely used in building industry, in the pile field, project adopted long pile and super-long pile in order to improve the bearing capacity of the pile, but which cost increase, this method is not very ideal. In recent years, post-grouting appeared in pile to improve the bearing capacity of the pile, which is a new technology.The article introduced the construction technology and grouting materials of post-grouting pile, expound the mechanism of plasma osmolality, splitting grouting and compaction grouting, analyses the mechanism of the post-grouting technology of pile soil. Through the load test on pile before and after post-grouting, from the pile bearing capacity and settlement two aspects to analysis, expound the affect of compaction, penetration, splitting and filling, which improved the physical and mechanical properties of soil around pile, so that reduced settlement. Through calculation and analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity, for this experiment, derived empirical formula to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity values are somewhat conservative, this paper through pile settlement and pile top load curve fitting relationship to anti-calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of pile, and through the amendment of the support layer of pile tip resistance standard value limit, propose the grouting pile bearing capacity formula, Experiment shows that after grouting, pile settlement significantly reduced and the capacity of pile has improved significantly under the same load.By ANSYS finite element software for before and after groutingpile of numerical simulation, simulate before and after grouting pile loading process. From the settlement of pile and the pile endpoint soil displacement, analyses and research the changing process of engineering properties in the pile loading process. Compared the numerical results and experimental results, analyses the reasonableness of calculated results, pointed out the feasibility of numerical calculation, and validated that using pile settlement and the pile top load curve fitting relationship to anti-calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of piles in this experiment is feasible. Studies shown that, post-grouting pile technology significantly improved the engineering properties of pile, well increase the ultimate bearing capacity of pile, which has a good prospect of engineering application, social and economic benefits.
