But the large diameter and super long bored filling pile construction will be tobring certain difficulty, the construction also has inevitable problems affect the bearingcapacity of pile.The emergence of post grouting bored pile, can be a very good solution to thecurrent cast-in-place piles of problems appeared in the course of construction. How touse the effect after grouting, construction and operation of post grouting bored pile isvery important. This article unifies the Handan city foundation engineering Feiyubuilding typical of post grouting bored pile has done research in the following severalaspects:(1)To the domestic and foreign research status of post pressure grouting bored pileand post grouting bored pile and existing problems are summarized.(2)Analysis of the bearing mechanism of post grouting bored pile and common pile,the mechanism of post grouting, introduces the design method of post grouting boredpile.(3)Studied the post pressure grouting bored pile construction technology andproposes the grouting construction problems solving methods and enhanced measures.(4)The simulated test of single pile under the geological conditions of Feiyubuilding with MIDAS/GTS software, draw a conclusion:①The pile length diameter ofpile post grouting pile settlement is not grouting pile settlement in41.1%, increased53.6%ultimate bearing capacity;②If the project adopts ordinary pile, and the postgrouting pile bearing capacity of pile diameter equal, equally need to increase the lengthof pile, but the settlement of the pile is better than post pressure grouting pile big many,single pile budget will be more than34%;③If increasing the pile diameter equal lengthof pile, the settlement of the pile of post grouting pile than many single pile, the budgetwill be more than1.1times.Post grouting bored pile on bearing capacity of pile increase, reduce settlement, shorten the number of pile length and pile, decrease the construction difficulty, is veryobvious to shorten the construction period and save the budget effect.
