With the national economic development, reinforced concrete structure are serviced more and more in all kinds of projects. To concretes, they are shorts in tensile strength and other special properties. They are developmented in higher performance, and greater span and more advanced design means and construction technology and the variety development and application of new materials. Especially, new materials research has become a hot issue in structural engineering.Concrete structure has been generally used in all kinds of projects, if the physical and mechanical properties of concrete can be improved through added high-performance composite materials, it will be improved its properties to the project. At present, steel fiber reinforced concrete has been used in structural engineering. The researching of other composite materials is not yet widespread, especially for carbon fiber. However, the carbon fiber has superior physical and mechanical properties and other special properties. It should have broad application prospects.In this paper, concrete properties of compressive strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, Poisson and the normal cross-section bearing capacity of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced concrete boards mixing different content of carbon fiber have been studied though experimental means. The formula of the bearing capacity of cross-section bending members has been derivated, and it has been proves by test results.These studying results will promote a theoretical consideration for the use of carbon fiber and the establishment of related technical standards.The study shows that it can be contribute to enhance the strength of concrete, to improve the mechanical properties of concrete, improve flexural capacity to prevent and delay the occurrence of cracks, improve boards toughness; Short carbon fiber concrete is scaned by Electron micoscope,related pictures are analysed with Micro structure;the interaction relationship of short carbon fiber and concrete is described qualitatively;Important factors of the short carbon fiber concrete quality are analysed.
