A workman must first sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well. Equipments are a basis for enterprises'production, and equipments running well are directly related to enterprises'benefits and market competitive power. The technology of condition monitor and fault diagnosis is an efficient means which can be supported equipment efficiently run, therefore it has been applied worldwide. Aiming at several issues on application of the technology of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in the domestic enterprise, this paper carries out research and solution and hope to be good at the application of monitor diagnosis technology.Firstly this paper introduces the current application situation of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technique in the domestic and foreign large iron and steel enterprises, analyzes the reasonable model and existent insufficiency of the monitor diagnosis technique application in domestic enterprises, and briefly introduces the theoretical basis of monitor diagnosis technique.Then aiming at the on-line condition monitoring of low cost key multi-units, the paper takes the combustion-supporting fans of heating-furnace in an iron and steel cooperation as study objects, uses the configuration software and the diagnose expert system to establish a set of CAN-based fan group on-line monitor and fault diagnosis system. Mainly studies how to use the commercial monitor hardware to meet the demands of the factory so far as short developing period, good reliability, high performance-price ratio, convenient maintenance and good flexibility.Aiming at the complete master of unit's condition to implement predictive maintenance, the author designs a complete solution plan of condition monitoring with a combination of on-line monitoring and patrol inspection. The structure frame of enterprise equipment condition information integrated management system is constructed, in order to realize the integrated management of equipment condition information of patrol inspect, on-line monitor and the remote expert diagnosis。And its structure function is defined to lay a certain foundation for implementation of predictive maintenance.Finally the author studies the application of oil monitoring technique in equipment maintenance, the approaches of fault diagnosis on oil monitoring technique and oil monitoring system composition. And introduces the initiative preventative maintenance under the guidance of oil monitoring technique, as well as the case that obtains the good application in the maintenance of rolling mill hydraulic system.
