Public attention has been focused on the problem of security. When the running subway vehicles collide, if the kinetic energy of the vehicles can not be dissipated instantly, heavy casualties and property losses will be caused. Consequently, it has theoretical significance and application value to analyze the body collision and optimize the energy-absorbing devices in the design phase.The subway body and honeycomb structure energy-absorbing devices have been selected to do the following research:1) Kagome honeycomb energy-absorbing structure is composed of Kagome honeycomb core body introduced as a filler and double tube, which is compared with the energy-absorbing structure made of other five different single cell shape, using simulation software, come to impact-displacement curve and energy-displacement curve, carries on the analysis comparison and puts forward recommendations for improvement.2) According to structural features of the subway body, a finite element model applied highly to nonlinear of the collision is established, deformation regularity of the main parts of the body, plastic deformation degree of every element of body in a collision and absorbing energy situation are analyzed on the basis of the simulation results that the head of subway crash rigid wall, and a series of changes of parameters are obtained including impact force, impact time, the vehicle speed and acceleration,and propose improvements.3) Kagome energy absorber is installed on the head and hit rigid wall and compare with the head without energy absorber, according to simulation of collision, conclude that deformation of energy absorbing structure and body structure in the collision, speed, acceleration, different changes of collision energy and collision forces, and obtain that energy absorber react on body of the subway, and provide proposal for the design of energy-absorbing structure.4) Two trains with six sections installing of energy-absorbing structure are used for the crash simulation, analyse deformation regularity of the main components of the body, so as to arrive variation of impact force, velocity, acceleration and energy, and examine energy absorption can provide protection for the body of subway.The results can be obtained by analyzing:energy absorbed by Kagome honeycomb sandwich structure with the best crashworthiness is maximum, it is the ideal choice. These types of energy absorption device are placed on the body, Through comparing that the front-end tube parts of body with Kagome's absorption can achieve good energy absorption effect whether body hit the rigid wall, or two block trains collide, permanent deformation concentrates on the energy absorption components and train front-end, so produce the small danger to passengers.Collision passenger area have not any deformation in either case, and acceleration and impact force are sufficient. Also provides theory basis for subsequent crash simulation study.
