With the increasing production of rolling stock year by year, we are more strict with the quality of profiled bar and solder. While our country's plane alignment field of the railway locomotive parts is still in its infancy, artificial alignment and traditional hydraulic control technology has not met the requirements of industrial production yet. In view of existing situation, I have done a research in Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., LTD. CNR Group. In the paper I have designed a 500-ton hydraulic control system of profiled bar machine by using modern methods and advanced industrial control technology. In addition to preserving the function of manual operation, it increases the automatic control mode based on the PLC. The hydraulic machine mainly contains three parts, including mechanical structure, electrical control, and human-machine interface.This paper introduces the hardware components of hydraulic machine body, and provides the main circuit of hydraulic pump station and the slider control circuit. Through the analysis of the process and control requirements of hydraulic machine, it constructs the overall structure of the hydraulic control system based on programmable controller and touch screen. At the same time, it specifically instructs PLC input and output configuration, the use of special function modules, and completes a PLC program and human-computer interface design. The hardware of profiled bar's hydraulic control system contains hydraulic pump station, main control unit based on the PLC, oil temperature control and oil pressure test, lubrication system, etc. The software contains the touch screen's GT Designer configuration software and PLC control program design of Mitsubishi.The profiled bar's alignment machine can complete the following operations, trip controlling within ups and collars, temperature alarm parameter's setting, the pressure head's moving down slow or fast, pressing, pressure maintaining, returning and other process actions. The device has been tested on site, and been put into production and use, Currently it runs in very good working condition.
