Beginning with lubrication principle and based upon classical Reynolds theory, this paper focuses on the model of sliding Bearings with the traditional finite difference method and on calculating and analysis based on MATLAB programming. Meanwhile, a new calculation is proposed, which facilitates the data measurement of the test:And then, after the analysis on the characteristics of hybrid bearings, starting with the main operating parameters of hybrid bearings, based on CFD, take the four-chamber hybrid bearings as the research object, MATLAB and FLUENT6.3 as tools, the study focuses on the effect of oil supply pressure, spindle speed and eccentricity of bearings on oil pressure distribution, attitude angle, oil temperature and other related parameters.By comparing and analyzing the oil film temperature field under the different input parameters, the corresponding cooling measures are proposed to increase reliability of numerical simulation in calculation of the design of hybrid sliding bearings, and provide an effective means to the comprehensive study of static and dynamic characteristics of oil film bearings and lubrication flow of media.
