With the rapidly increasing of the industry, the grid size constantly upgrade and the run mode change more complex,leading to become unprecedented difficult for artificial analysis .The reason is that there are too much power components and the structure of the grid is very complicated and there are too much various for the factors. Because the too much data and the complex factors make the depth analysis can not be completed for artificial that it can be only catched the main contents and some secondly contents be abandoned and make probably judgment. Obviously the probably judgment can not meet the requirements for stable operation of the grid.With the continuous development of computer technology, using computer technology to analyze the power grid has become possible, so the analysis grid operators to gradually handed over by the artificial hand computer. The computer system analysis the grid not only high accuracy but also high efficiency, so the use of computer technical analysis of power system grid to become the development trend of the field. Using computer to analyze the power grid, an important core of the problem is to the speed of calculating. Although the level of computer hardware and computing speed continues to increase, but for large-scale power system its huge amount of data is obvious stretched.To research the power system and efficient data processing algorithms is more especially important.Firstly this paper describes the important significance of the matrix of the admittance for the topology of the power system.Then this paper introduces various changes in form of grid structure and the corresponding ways to modify.And it describes the formation of a broad generalized power system node admittance matrix, and according to the admittance matrix covers the entire network topology information to all and rely on the idea of change algorithm to generate the corresponding matrix corresponding to the core and the core node admittance matrix. Secondly, an invalid power system introduces the concept of the invalid branch and looks for the invalid branch, and ,then introduces to remove the invalid branch which does not affect the final result of this idea, and introduces the method of modify of the matrix.
