With the action of natural environment, increasing traffic flow and service life increases, material deterioration, the concrete bridges deck have undergone various degree damages and security performance reduce, Even far below the bridge deck caused by the expected service life or the expected application functions so its normal service function is influenced. The need to be maintained or reinforced. According to the experience of the developed countries, the cost on the bridge construction detecting, maintenance, and reinforcement can be very high. So, Reasonable evaluate the reliability, Prediction of remaining Life-time and maintenance system of concrete bridge decks, has gradually become one of the concerned problems in the domain of domestic and foreign bridge academia.Through the analysis of the life cycle cost theory, the dissertation studied the deterioration situation evaluating and prediction and maintenance system of concrete bridge decks. The research step of thesis includes:(1) Concrete reliability's background significance and research situation is introduced at home and abroad.(2) Studied the basis theory of LCC fundamental theory, and analysed Article studied bridge life-cycle cost components. Studied theory of structural reliability, analysed reliability of structure as p s,Reliability indexβand failure probability p f's mutual relation. By means of risk analyses and studies, ensured Minimum reliability index and Security and Reliability index Match up.(3)The elementary thought and method of Reliability Evaluation of concrete bridge beam are searched, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various assessment methods. Various factors which impact comprehensive evaluation on reinforced concrete bridge beam are systematized and clear. Assessment for Bridge Beam Based on Attribute Mathematic Theory. In this paper, A bridge beam durability damage of the YuanMajiapu bridge is evaluated in this paper. The result proves that introducing extension interval makes assessment of engineering structure more reasonable and more practical.(4)Studied of deterioration mechanism of engineering structures. This thesis analyses the deterioration model of structure, establishs curve deterioration model (the deterioration rate of structure changes with time). Markov Chain proved that it is actually correct. Residual life prediction of the new concrete bridge decks is done under several maintenance programs. The result proves curve than linear deterioration model is more reliable.(5)Basic LCC model and according to different maintenance, corresponding calculation method was established. Other, studied of different benefit of Maintained Scheme was LCC. On the other hand, cost control, What kind of service life is the longest and some beneficial conclusions. The result proves this thesis is more reasonable and more practical.
