For the noise problem within a domestic propeller aircraft cabin, a solving strategyof using vacuum double-plate structure to isolate the noise is proposed in this paper.This strategy is applied to the simulation and calculation of aircraft cabin noiseprohibition and some satisfactory results are obtained. Meanwhile, the theory of thevacuum double-plate structure is studied. Both of these works have some meaningfuleffects on the implementation of aircraft cabin noise prohibition.The main contents are as follows:1, Based on the acoustic measurement within the propeller aircraft cabin to probeits main noise, the sources of the propeller aircraft noise are analyzed. Then the existingmethods of noise reduction are introduced. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages ofthe various techniques and methods of noise reduction are summarized, and discussedthe application of these technologies and the possibility of cabin noise problems.2, The method of using vacuum double-plate structure to prohibit the noise withinthe propeller aircraft cabin is proposed, and do the analysis of its feasibility; the noiseinsulation simulation of vacuum double-plate structure is researched and therelationship between air density and noise reduction is established.3, The model of aircraft cabin is simplified. Then, on the basis of this simplifiedmodel, the simulation and calculation of cabin noise insulation are carried out with useof LMS Virtual.Lab Acoustics software. In the end, the corresponding curve of therelationship between cabin noise insulation and the width of the vacuum double-platestructure is got, and for the application of the cabin for insulation by vacuumdouble-plate structure to provide reference.
