0.5s Three-phase Multi-Function Watt-hour Meter Principle, Design And Implementation

Based on the demand of the national standards and market, the hardware and software of 0.5S three-phase multi-function watt-hour meter have been designed, and the process inspection designs have been indetail studied. At last we verified its correctness and effectiveness from the relative experiments.In cause of the design, besides the overall design has been given after considering the balance of performance, the following two major demands have been especially studied in detail.Firstly, the measuring accuracy design of the 0.5S three-phase multi-function watt-hour meter has been discussed around "the consistent requirements of measurement error", then some measurement circuits have been realized, and a kind of error compensation methods has been advanced, furthermore these results have been verified and optimized.Secondly, the management requirements on the power of 0.5S three-phase multi-function watt-hour meter have been researched around "the meter reading outage and the whole voltage-absent detection", and the power and its management circuits and software strategy have been effectively realized.In addition, the overall and process designs of 0.5S three-phase multi-function watt-hour meter have been completed, and the samples have been maken and detailedly tested, which are approved by the administrative department and accepted by the customers. At present, these products have been put into operation.Production statistics show that the product qualification ratio is increased from 23% to 100% after adopting the error compensation technology, and the operatation is simpler and easier.The proposed error compensation processes have been verifiability compared, which show the error gets the 0.2S level standards.
