Most of excavation projects in the city are not restricted by the construction site, however, have impact on near important buildings (constructions), and the impact has gone far beyond the pit itself. Therefore, excavation and foundation is not only supposed to ensure the security of pit and supporting structure itself, but also to ensure the surrounding building (structure) and their proper use. Thus, the research on deformation behavior of excavation has an important significance to the possible caused environmental impacts, and especially the prediction to the security and proper use of nearby important building (structure).Based on the excavation supporting design and stability checking, simulation of excavation and construction on the nearby subway station interval circuit track structure, through analysis in this paper, the main conclusions have been got as followed:1. This project supporting plan within the deformation scope could meet the security requirements.2. Through the establishment of three-dimensional structure model and calculation and analysis of existing track and deformation of the structure, it can be seen that, because of excavation constructions of Beijing dazuhuanqiu scientific research building, the existing track structure produced a certain degree of vertical deformation and lateral deformation. Among them, the maximum vertical deformation of the track structure was 0.228mm, in the southwest side of the platform layer of Rongjing East Street Station; lateral deformation maximum was 0.317mm, at the interval length of K12 +360.000. Beijing Han Global scientific research building project had certain impact on Rongjing Dong Street station of Yizhuang Metro Line and the neighboring line structure intervals. But in the affected areas, the existing subway track structure is safe.3. Refering to the results of the finite element model, and taking into account the impact of construction and other conditions, Under normal construction conditions, the excavation works will not affect traffic safety of Yizhuang subway lines, but the it need to strengthen protection measures and monitoring and measuring to ensure road safety on the east side of excavation.4. Through on-site monitoring results comparatived with analysis of the numerical results, we can be obtained that numerical results with the field monitoring results presented are consistent with the law. The numerical results can reflect the excavation deformation, numerical model parameters used are reasonable.5. Development of indicators for monitoring and control should be based on the experience of other similar projects and on-site monitoring data. On the base of considering the predicted value and the track structure to allow deformation and deformation values, the safety factor must be considered to determine the structural deformation Metro rail control index recommendations.
