In our country, coal is primary disposable energy sources.Coal conversion and utilization are the mainstay of the economic development of our country. The combined system based on the coal gasification and the comprehensive utilization of energy are an important guarantee of realizing the sustainable development. Meanwhile, they can lay a foundation for low-carbon, reducing emissions and reaching hydrogen economy. The gasifier is a device of coal gasification.The run performance of the gasifier has a very crucial influence on the conversion efficiency of energy sources.Based on the classification to oxygen flow bed gasifier for research object, integrating characteristics of small room model and regional model,with"small room model"modeling method, and combining with the principle of mass conservation, chemical reaction kinetics theory and conservation of energy, the "small room grading core-ring" dynamic mathematical model of grading entrained flow gasifier is established, according to the flow characteristics in the furnace area. In order to achieve really reflection from the actual operating characteristics, many of heterogeneous and homogeneous kinetic characteristics that include the release and combustion of volatile, carbon combustion and gasification reaction, water gas reaction,transform reaction, carbon dioxide and methane reduction reaction,are considered in detail in the model of grading entrained flow gasifier. In addition,gas and solid two-phase flow characteristics in the furnace also is considered in the building model.Labview, a virtual instrument, is a kind of open software, containing the ample graphics function, calculation and analysis function of mathematics.In this paper, a dynamic simulate system is developed by making use of Labview software.A simulate study on grading entrained flow gasifier has been done based on it. First, using the powerful mathematical calculation and analysis of Labview, the building model is verified the reliability by static calculation.Then, under the condition of ensuring its credibility, a dynamic simulate study on the model is carried on.In my paper, it is been researched that the dynamic characteristics of grading entrained flow gasifier change under the disturbances of Oxygen-coal ratio, coal-water slurry concentration and the flow of second oxygen.And the step response curves of gas component content, effective ingredients content and gasification temperature have been plotted in each parameter disturbed.Through the simulation results of calculation and analysis,it proves that this dynamic model has certain reliability. It can be used to evaluate and optimize the operating parameters of the grading gasification, and provides theory basis on the development of automatic control systems and industrial operations.
