Along with the development of the society, industrial production and sciencetechnology have been developed rapidly. In the progress of scientific research andengineering practice, electro-hydraulic proportional control technology have gained greatdevelopment. Hydraulic transmission and hydraulic control apparatus has been appliedwidely in more and more industries, including engineering machinery and automobileindustry. Meanwhile, the request on hydraulic components, controlling system and test andother aspects is increasing. The more precise and rapid measurement is the prerequisite ofprecise and rapid control.In the hydraulic system, the significance of dynamic flow measurement lies in threeaspects: it can master the dynamic specialty of system or system components and identifythe mathematical model and physical parameters; it is used for flow feedback control; it isused for hydraulic parameters test and hydromechanics experiment research.At present,more perfect and effective measurement of hydrodynamic pressure has been set up in thefield of hydraulic. But there’s no any practical and economical solution for the dynamicflow measurement.The paper provides a new attempt for the measurement of dynamic flow. It studiesthe orifice plate differential flow meter for the first time. On the basis of the theory ofhydromechanics laminar flow, the author deduce the mathematical model of instantaneousflow in the dynamic flow condition and combine the static model of the orifice platedifferential flow meter with this referential model. Then the dynamic flow measurementmodel of dynamic orifice plate flowmeter is assumed. Experimental platform is used inthis paper. The software LabVIEW is used to programme collecting system and collectlarge number of experimental data. The software MATLAB is used to programme themodel, process the data and get the instantaneous flow value at any time indirectly.Comparing with the instantaneous flow signal tested from the no-load hydraulic tank, thehypothesis model is checked from the model precision of regression and optimization. Themeasurement for random complex dynamic flow is implemented. Through collecting data for different types of flow signals in the data collectionexperimental platform, processing the data of the model and comparing it with actual flow,the correctness of the model is verified ulteriorly. The final experiment result proves thatthe dynamic flowmeter model works well and measures accurately. Experiments haveshown that the dynamic flowmeter model have high performance. This conclusion ishelpful for the development of high-precision dynamic flow testing technology.
