The Culvert is a kind of artificially building which is widely used on the highway, water conservancy. With the development of our national economy and infrastructure construction, the dosage and the scale of the culvert gradually increase. Culvert has become one of the important parts of the highway engineering. In the large use of culverts, there appeared in different degrees of diseases. People simplified culverts soil pressure theory and calculation in the present, and overlooked some factors on culverts soil pressure, so pressure calculation of culverts soil was not accurate enough,. This directly makes culvert design is not enough scientific, which led to the different degree of damage in the use of the culvert.The related literature research also shows this point.Based on the Indoor model test results in literature [38], [39] and combining the finite element numerical simulation, the paper analyzes the distribution of sink surface of such culvert and the influence on pressure variation of culverts soil pressure. Through model test, the rigid culvert in hard and filling as sandy soil conditions, research on top culvert and filling soil pressure the settlement of the distribution and variation displacement. The simulation chooses two groove sections, rectangular and trapezoidal respectively. As the different filling heights, we got the settlement of the filled soil displacement curve under the condition of groove bury in trapezoidal groove and rectangular groove. For culvert of earth pressure test, we choose such structure of the culvert shape:Square Culverts and circle culvert, through the electrical measurement method, test the deformation of embedded in filling the pressure in the box and indirectly got upper filling soil pressure distribution of Square Culverts and circle culvert calculating by computer. And based on this, studied change rule of vertical soil pressure coefficient as filling height, grooved width, trapezoidal grooves slope coefficient changes. And through the large finite business commercial software, Using software ANSYS simulation experiments computer numerical simulation, Won the culvert top the filled soil displacement field and vertical soil pressure coefficient. With the mutual comparative analysis made by the results of model test, verify the accuracy of ANSYS numerical simulation results. The distribution and such heavy change rules have an important impact on the study of culverts soil pressure. By ANSYS, simulate rectangular groove and trapezoidal ditch for construction process simulation. Through the analysis of the change rules of filled soil settlement, got a conclusion:change rules of such sink. Research results show that:Etc sink of the height is not a constant. It is a variable. In rectangular groove buried type culverts, in the trough than B/D certain width, with the increase of the filled soil height, the plane of equal settlement of the height reduces and stabilizes. In high than H/D certain width, with wide than B/D slot increased, the plane of equal settlement also will increase. In trapezoidal Ditch buried type culverts research the impact of groove slope coefficient on the plane of equal settlement. Draw the conclusion:the more trapezoidal groove slope is slow the high the face such heavy is. When filling height is near the plane of equal settlement, At the top of the culvert with the largest soil pressure coefficient. In rectangular groove buried type culverts, B/D=1,In there are not the plane of equal settlement in the filled soil. Because of the groove side wall, making the friction effect soil soil pressure coefficient top culvert shows as filling height increases gradually decreases. B/D> 1 rectangular groove buried type culverts, when culverts top filling height (H< He, culverts top soil pressure coefficient with the increase of the filled soil height shows increasing trend.When H> He, culverts top soil pressure coefficient with the increase of the filled soil height in a gradually decreases.This research work of the paper, the key is the analysis of the distribution of such culvert and the influence of culvert soil pressure variation law using the finite element simulation. There is an important significance to reasonably determine the culvert soil pressure, and got some conclusions and recommendations that can guide engineering design and construction, but still need the test of practice.
