| In recent years, along with our country economy and technology rapid development, emerging architectural form of long-span space structure have developed rapidly. At the same time,prestressed technique has also been widely used in Space structure.String branch dome structure became the model of a novel hybrid space structure which formed of introducing the prestressed technique into traditional structure.It is the perfect fusion of flexible cable and rigidsteel structure, and offering the architect greater area and larger space in design which considering practicality and practicability.This paper takes a string branch dome structure as the research object, focused on the analysis of the following aspects:1:Using ANSYS for prestressed optimization of string branch dome structure. The key to the string branch dome structure design is confirming the best prestressed for the ring cable. The prestressed size has significant influence on the internal force distribution, displacement of stucture. During the prestressed optimization,the prestressed of ring cable has optimized from 120Mpa to 80Mpa.This prestressed both guaranteed all cable not flabby during structure under normal working conditions, and make the infliction of prestressed state can ensure structural expected geometry.2. Establish a single-layer net shell structure which has the same span, vectorheight, material properties and bearing constraints with the string branch dome structure. Taking contrast analysis on the static and dynamic properties of the two structures. From static analysis, although string branch dome structure's maximum node displacement is bigger than the single-layer net shell structure's,but it's node displacement evenly distributed,and it's quantity of maximum displacement nodes is less than single-layer net shell structure's.This explain the string branch dome structure stress is more reasonable.From the stability analysis, instability displacements of string branch dome structure is bigger than single-layer net shell structure's,and showing the string branch dome structure's resistance instability ability.From the spectrum analysis and time-history analysis, compared the maximum stress of the single-layer net shell structure occurs in the ring rods,the maximum stress of the string branch dome structure occurs in the ring cables, this situation give full use of the tensile properties of cable, it reflect that the string branch dome structure has efficient energy transfer.Tis paper summarizes the some characteristics of the string branch dome structure from above analysis results, and questions problems which need to be studied further. |
