As age of characteristic comes by, the impact of new words is growing. The appearance of"New female OTAKU"shows a new values type, way of living and mental demands, so that it would affect product or service field., enterprises should concern New female OTAKU's mode of life, and focus on new consumer-value that be trended in future to win the market. More than that, they should perceive change quickly and establish a design strategy to influence the industrial design. The main problem here is How to measure new female-OTAKU's emotions value and summary the design strategy of beauty home appliances.Based on relevant research, author reviewed female's theory of emotions and feelings firstly, and matched user-values to the industrial design to explore the effect of user value. Next, she elaborated on the new features about way of life, consumer sentiment and so on, in order to guiding out a six major values system in pursuit of ultimate harmony and happiness. Author also designed an original survey oriented by New female-OTAKU's emotion-value, and established a new model from positive and negative emotions. After condensing new kind theme of experience called"accompany and attending", she put forward beauty demands corresponding to the proposed level of values, and followed the universal concern to the product experience factors by emotional psychological evaluation about beauty home appliances'general cognitive.Lately, author set hairdryer as a example to research kind of appearance design strategy for New female-OTAKU, and came out 3 factors relented to"accompany and attending"theme, including Pleasure, Secure and Accomplishment. Then, she matched concerned factor to specific level that Emotional experience, acting on instinct and reflective experience, finally proposed the experience design strategy of beauty home appliances based on the values experience theme of"accompany and attending".Although the research results have limitations of universality in spite of research, it could be kind of innovation under the new consumer-values from new lifestyle. This trial would make it possible that apply user-values analysis to strategy of beauty home appliance, and rfollowing research related.
