In order to improve the transportation utilization in circulation process, people used to stack the packages. But when the stacking is too loose or has a large clearance, packages often jump up and then wallop each other. The colliding increases the possibility of packages collapsed and make the packages damaged probability increasing rapidly. Based on the double stacking packaging system in transport process as the research object, each layer of package's movement condition the under some specific energized was studied, the dynamical pressure of each layer of package structure under different motivation by using elastic dynamics theory was also discussed.Firstly, the analysis model of double stacking packaging system was established in this paper. According to the different positions of packages a special spring-damping-mass system was adopted to simulated double stacking packages system. The force of spring and damping in the model was existent only in some cases. When a package jumps off the original interface, it no longer suffers from spring force and the damping force. The dynamic responses of double stacking packaging system were analyzed when the vehicles passing deceleration strip, and then the equation of motion was given. The influence of different speeds, the height of deceleration strip and stiffness of packing materials to movement characteristics of stacking packages system are analyzed. In addition, the double stacking packaging system and the motion characteristics are also studied by tests. Compared the results which came from theory analysis and tests, primary coincidence was foundSecondly, the binding stacking packaging system motion analysis model and motion analysis model of stacking packaging system with cushion plate were established in this paper. The influence of binding belt stiffness and cushion plate stiffness to the stacking were discussed. The theory results of efficiency of reducing the collision were analyzed. Furthermore, the motion characteristics of double bind stacking packaging system were also studied by test.Finally, the relevant knowledge of elastic dynamics was introduced, that including equation of wave and the wave reflection. The stress wave in package structure when they were collided each other was calculated. The collision stresses of two packages were calculated using mechanics of material and elastic dynamics. The expression of the stress wave of package structure when single package suffer half sine excitation was also presented in this paper.
