During the actual product transport, in order to improve the working efficiency and reduce business costs, enterprises often stack the cargo to achieve the goal. But because the system is complex, there are some very serious problems during the transport, such as drop, damage and destruction. Once this happens, it will be a direct threat to the product safety during transport, and bring about an irreparable loss among businesses and consumers.Based on above situation, firstly, the paper regarded transport package as the starting point and listed a number of typical factors making an effect on packages dynamics. Then it chose some key factors (stacking height, stacking order, materials and external vibration and shock) as the focus of analysis in the later.Secondly, the paper used ADAMS/Car to build a vehicle, two road models (random road and bump) and vehicle-road transport packaging system dynamics by introducing the virtual prototype engineering technology. Then different height of transport package stacking models and different stacking orders of transport packages are built in ADAMS/View.Again, some same type DELL monitor packages were studied and established as a stacking model. Considering packaging materials (honeycomb and corrugated boxes), external excitation (random vibration excitation and bumps excitation) and stacking height (single, double, three and four) as the key factors, then simulation analysis of the dynamic was conducted. Response of the factors was got in the test. At the same time, analyze the vibration acceleration response curves of transport packages for each test condition to get the pattern of stacking order of products, packaging materials and external excitation influencing the dynamic characteristics of transport stacking package.Finally, the paper put three DELL monitor packages of different models as research subjects to build stacking models of different transport package, and analysis dynamic response characteristics under the comprehensive action of multiple factors, considering three key factors, that is the stacking order of products (six kinds placing order of three kinds products), packaging materials (honeycomb and corrugated boxes), and external excitation (random vibration excitation and road bumps excitation). At the same time, analyze the vibration acceleration response curves of transport packages for each test condition to get the pattern of stacking order of products, packaging materials and external excitation influencing the dynamic characteristics of transport stacking package.
